Here's Grandpa with Anna after closing on his new house.
Grandma and Grandpa will be happy to know that there's plenty of wildlife in Niskayuna (although I haven't heard of anyone spotting any bears). I couldn't get a good picture of the real rabbit, but this little critter was left behind.

Aww! I think a succession of frown photos would have been funny! (Did it happen?) Looking forward to the rest of the posts and Sophie's arrival!!!
There were some frowns during the walk through, but after the closing Dad seemed pretty cheerful.
